Who was Prabhakar Sail?
As per the exclusive reports, the independent witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the 2021 drugs case involving King Khan’s son Aryan Khan Khan, Prabhakar Sail dies of a heart attack at his residence in suburban Chembur. The news of his death was announced by the police officer on Saturday. The police stated, “Prabhakar Sail, 37, died of a heart attack at his house in Mahul on Friday evening.”

The police also reported that he was immediately taken to the civic-run Rajawadi Hospital in Ghatkopar where he was pronounced brought dead. Tushar Khandare, Sail’s lawyer confirmed that the witness died after suffering from a heart attack and that his family members do not suspect any foul play. Sail was the personal security guard of another witness, KP Gosavi in the drug cruise case. After Gosavi shared an image of himself with Aryan and was spotted pulling his hand and having a conversation with him at the NCB office, Nawab Malik, Maharashtra cabinet minister raised questions over Gosavi being made a witness in the drugs case.

As per the reports of India Today, Sail has filed an affidavit after the role of Gosavi became suspect and he got arrested by Pune Police in a case pending before them. In the affidavit, Sail had reported that he heard Gosavi discuss a Rs 25-crore-pay-off dead after the arrest of Aryan Khan during a raid on a cruise ship moved to Mumbai coast on 3 October 2021. In court, the NCB said that Sail turned hostile and his affidavit was still pending ahead of the court hearing.
